Things a Business May Use a Corner Rounder For

One of the jobs that I had briefly during college was as a receptionist and general assistant for a civil engineering firm. The firm was owned by a guy who really liked making sure that we had all of the different types of equipment that we could possibly use on the job. It was there that I discovered how fancy paper cutters can get and what a rotary trimmer is used for.
It was also there that I first saw a commercial corner rounder. I had no idea why you would possibly need a corner rounder or what you might use it on. It turned out that we used it on a whole lot of stuff and that I was usually the staff member who utilized it most often.
The corner rounder essentially just rounds the edges of various items so that you can reduce damage done by sharp corners and improve the appearance of documents that you are using in the office. I used the corner rounder on our business cards to make them look snazzier. I used it on our brochures so that they had a more professional look. I used it on nametags for the interns that we had in the office, big documents that were going to be used in presentations and a random assortment of other tasks completed throughout the time that I was there. Truth is, I kind of miss having an office that had such cool things to use!
