Becoming a computer network technician is definitely a career for the detail-oriented person. Not only do they maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, they also keep track of terminology and protocols in programs such as Unix and Netware. Taking on MCSE Alabama programs will make computer techs proficient in Windows platform programming as well. Computer techs also deal with all kinds of hardware on a regular basis and are often responsible for implementing new online infrastructures in schools, businesses, hospitals and other organizations. Along with being detail oriented, computer techs also need the ability to multi task as they often take on various projects at the same time.
As a combination of video and computer knowledge is often required, a digital media technician must have a good eye for detail as well. It is an all-encompassing career where one will be required to implement a number of programs and mechanisms compatible with digital, audio and video. It is a perfect job for those who not only like to get creative but use a number of ultra modern gadgets in the process. Many times, digital media technicians get to work with computers as well as cell phones, PDA’s, iPods and other fun doodads.
