My Own Little Toto

I dress up as the same thing for Halloween every year. When I was a senior in high school, my mom made me the most amazing Dorothy costume ever, and I have never seen a reason to wear something else, nor have I ever become bored or tired with the costume.
Last year, as Halloween neared, our son was nearly a year old and I knew that I was going to have to come up with a costume for him. I was sure that there was not going to be a big selection of baby Halloween costumes in the stores, so I decided to look online and see what I could find.
I found a website that sold Wizard of Oz costumes and, for curiosity’s sake, I decided to see if they had any little ones. I was more than excited when I found a little Toto costume that would fit Reagan perfectly. It would be the perfect thing to go along with my costume and it would give me the greatest accessory ever.
I didn’t tell anyone and the look on my mother’s face when she saw the costume made it all worth it. She took pictures all night long and in the end, I decided that this was the very reason that I had hung onto my Dorothy costume for all those years.
